ROOM FLIP SERVICE

Standard Services

 This service includes tables and chairs based on your guest count and excludes any additional or ancillary event items. 


ADD-ON SERVICES

Additional/Ancillary Event Items

Placement and repositioning of chair pads, umbrellas, heaters, linens, lounge furniture, and other specialty furnishings. 

Additional Time Assistance

Available for additional time prior to/after the original contracted time 

Pre-Event / Pre-Flip Assistance

Additional time, staffing, cost available and based on scope

(Subject to availability)

Portage / Terrain / Long Distance Carry

For any items that need to be moved over 100ft from contracted event room or to a different level of the venue

Severe Weather Labor Adjustments

In the event of extreme weather conditions (such as excessive heat, storms, or hazardous conditions), a labor adjustment may be applied to account for additional time, safety precautions, and working conditions required to complete the service safely and effectively. 

Travel Fees

 We proudly serve the local metro area with no travel fee.


For locations outside our standard service area, a travel fee may apply to cover time, fuel, and transportation. Areas beyond the metro (up to 150 miles) are subject to a standard travel fee.


All travel costs are quoted in advance for full transparency.

Date and services are not formally confirmed without a signed agreement and initial deposit.
